Service Guarantees

We guarantee that our services and course delivery system is suitable, adequate and effective through CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT. We provide the following Service Guarantees for our courses to protect students against non-conformance to course guidelines:
  1. We offer our students adequate facilities and support services to enable them to have a conducive and pleasant learning experience.
  2. Our teachers have the required experience, qualifications and competency to conduct the courses.
  3. We conduct assessment/suitability test to match the student's needs and proficiencies with the courses offered.
  4. We accept students only if they satisfy the entry requirements/pre-requisites as stipulated in the Student Contract.
  5. The total hours of teaching instruction shall adhere to the course time-table.
  6. A Certificate of Completion for the respective courses will be awarded to students who have attained the required proficiency level and achieved at least 90% classroom attendance.
  7. We make appropriate refund of tuition/non-tuition fees depending on the circumstances and merits of the case in accordance with our Refund policy.
  8. We have procedures to deal with any student's grievance and complaints and undertake to resolve them within the maximum period of 21 days.
  9. We commit to maintain the confidentiality of student's personal information and undertake not to divulge any student's personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the student.
